The Early Care Foundation held a certification ceremony on the 31 July 2015 in Orange Farm. 79 ECD Practitioners from:
- Orange Farm
- Evaton and
- Bram Fischerville
received certificates for successfully completing the C.A.R.E Skills Programme and the accredited Child Development 1 Course.
